Inspection & Quality Control
Using the latest cutting edge measuring equipment such as laser scan micrometers, Crysta Apex/Ko-Ga-Me Coordinate measuring machines and non-contact Quick Vision measuring systems we can accurately check customer components to all drawing specifications.
Wire Electrical Discharge Machining
Two Sodick Wire Erosion Machines with fully automatic threading. These Machines allow Distortion Free machining of intricate contours to extremely tight limits.
Toolmaking
Conventional Turning, Milling, Grinding, and Tool Design and Repair Facility. Small Press Tools and Jigs / Fixtures.
CNC Turning
With Y-axis and Live Tooling to allow turning of parts that previously required separate milling operations.
CNC Milling
Utilising 5 Axis Machining to allow easier machining of complex multi sided parts with improved accuracy and reduced setup times.
